We'll leave for Cabañas en Bosque, charming little cabañas tucked in the vast Chihuahuan conifer forest for the highlight of our trip: Gormandizing with Sol. Noritari is home to the annual Sierra Mushroom Festival, and our hostess is a recognized culinary master. Good hiking and birding opportunities in the forest before dinner, and throughout your stay.
Mushroom motif mulitplies magically during the rainy season.
